Obedience and Risk --- Acts 10:1-29

Published on June 28, 2026 at 5:59 p.m.

Our obedience to God is not blind, and genuine faith is demonstrated through our willingness to obey. Yet, obedience often requires sacrifice, and the Christian journey involves making decisions that can carry risks. Although this path isn't easy, embracing obedience and taking risks allows us to witness God's incredible providence, guiding many toward salvation. This week, we reflect on how obedience and risk often go together in our faith journey. Cornelius, a Gentile believer, and Apostle Peter’s readiness to follow God's call to meet despite their different backgrounds and traditions made a lasting impact on history. You and your family are part of God's family through Christ Jesus. Join us to see how courageous obedience can open the door to God’s incredible, boundary-crossing grace that blesses many. Many blessings to you and your family! All are welcome!
