Therefore,
go and make disciples of all nations,
baptizing them in the name of
the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
and teaching them to obey everything
I have commanded you.
And surely,
I am with you always, to the very end of the age.
Matt. 28: 19-20
Our mission and faith in action
Witnessing to the world
Rooted in our Anabaptist-Mennonite heritage,
we are called to live out the good news of Jesus Christ through word and deed. We are guided by wholehearted obedience to Christ Jesus, pursuing peace and faithfully witnessing to our neighbours in Brussels and surrounding Ontario communities.
Empowered by the Holy Spirit, we seek wholehearted obedience to Christ Jesus in our daily lives and throughout our community.
Serving compassionately
We put our faith into action by helping those experiencing hardship. Our congregation supports vital Christian relief agencies, offering tangible care to vulnerable neighbours near and far,
- Mennonite Central Committee (MCC),
- Canadian Foodgrains Bank,
- Reapers of Hope,
- The Salvation Army,
- Others
Connected in unity & peacemaking
We walk together in ecumenical fellowship
locally through the Brussels Ministerial.
Regionally, our congregation belongs to Mennonite Church Eastern Canada (MCEC), and globally, we participate in the worldwide Anabaptist family through the Mennonite World Conference.
Together, we commit ourselves to mutual support, peacemaking, and reconciliation.
"Join us for Sunday worship, participate in our Bible study and prayer meetings, share in our fellowship meals, or reach out to our pastor."
